Tony Smedley

Tony Smedley is a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in public sector management in the transportation and municipal engineering fields. Strong interpersonal skills have been used to good effect in change management roles, and in the procurement of consultancy and works services from the private sector. He has more than 30 years experience in Local Government including 18 years at middle/senior management levels. Tony has excellent inter-personal skills which he has used extensively to promote the services he has managed and in negotiations with public and private sector bodies.
