Aniscon supports Kensington and Chelsea’s Review of Parking Operations: The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea appointed Aniscon (through Solace Enterprises) to assist with their Review of Parking Operations. Andrew Nisbet is acting as a "Critical Friend" to the Review Team.

Aniscon produces Procurement Strategy for Richmond: The London Borough of Richmond retained Aniscon to advise on possible procurement routes for traffic and transportation consultancy services. Aniscon Director Andrew Nisbet and Associate Consultant Tony Smedley produced guidance as part of the Council's Best Value Review. The resulting strategy was implemented with Andrew Nisbet acting as Project Manager.

Aniscon provides Change Management Support for Richmond: The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames appointed Aniscon to provide Change Management support for its Transport Planning Team. Associate Tony Smedley led a team implementing a restructured division and the development of new management procedures. Associate Stephen Chorley assisted with the process.

Aniscon reviews Islington Partnering Contract: The London Borough of Islington has appointed Aniscon (through Solace Enterprises) to review the functioning of its innovative Parking Projects Partnering Contract with Mouchel Parkman. Aniscon’s Director, Andrew Nisbet will undertake the review.

Aniscon supports Excellence at McNicholas: McNicholas plc, the London based construction company, retained Aniscon to assist it with its excellence initiative. The company has adopted the Business Excellence Model as a means of self-analysis of its business performance. Aniscon Director, Andrew Nisbet and Associate Consultant Nigel Millar developed and ran self-assessment workshops.

Aniscon to Review Slough's Transport Options: Slough Borough Council retained Aniscon through SOLACE Enterprises to undertake a review of its special needs and community transport services. Aniscon Associate David Bannerman assessed options for more cost effective organisation of services with support from Aniscon's Director, Andrew Nisbet.

Aniscon delivers Islington Works Contract Procurement: Aniscon director, Andrew Nisbet, was retained by Islington Council to project manage the procurement of a works contract for Highways and Traffic Projects. The contract is based on the NEC ECC form of contract and was procured under EU procurement regulations. The project was completed on time and the successful contractors started on 1st October 2003.
